As part of the development of its international partnerships, CESI had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from the Universidad Nacional del Noroeste de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (UNNOBA), a partner university from Argentina. This meeting took place in a warm and constructive atmosphere, demonstrating the commitment of both institutions to advancing their cooperation.

An institutional visit to promote projects

The partnership between CESI and UNNOBA was officially established in 2023 with the aim of developing exchange programs, in particular study semesters and double degrees.

During their visit to Paris, UNNOBA representatives were welcomed on the Nanterre campus by Laurianne Giteau, Head of International Relations for the Île-de-France/Centre region, and Karine Gourlet, Head of International Mobility. The meeting provided an opportunity to strengthen the ties between the two institutions and to prepare the next stages of the partnership.

This meeting reflects a shared desire to advance the partnership and to prepare for the arrival of the first students, particularly for exchange semesters

Open, structured, and accessible mobility

UNNOBA offers academic semesters and double-degree programs to CESI students in courses taught in Spanish. Aware of this linguistic challenge, the Argentinian university offers an intensive online Spanish course, free of charge for selected students.

Beyond language, other practical aspects must be considered. CESI and UNNOBA are working together to facilitate mobility in both directions, taking into account the economic constraints specific to each country.

A young but promising partnership

Although student exchanges have not yet begun, the partnership is based on a solid foundation. CESI aims to quickly expand its international destinations by including Argentina in its offer, while ensuring rigorous preparation from a logistical, educational and intercultural point of view. The momentum initiated with UNNOBA opens up enriching prospects for students of both institutions.
